FORGET ABOUT BEING "NICE"

We are no longer in realm of politics. We are in a war for the survival of our country. McCain made the virtue of "being nice" and "honorable" a vice- it lost him the election. He was unable to believe the reality of what he was up against. Here are some great posts about the futility of being "nice" and suggestions of where to go from here.

stop being so “Agree to Disagree” with friends and family. Make them put up or shut up. You don’t get to CLAIM one thing, and a name that goes with it, while your Actions and words CONSTANTLY line up with “The Other”.

I whole-heartedly agree. It's not "fun" to loose friends angry with you over your refusal to cave to their delusions but you aren't helping them any and you certainly aren't helping our country.

It's like helping a crack-head with more crack.
