via The Weekly Standard:
With Democratic senators united on the health care bill today, their campaign arm has settled on an attack plan for 2010: Republicans would "repeal" it if they win control.
The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, aggressively challenging incumbent GOP senators and vying for open seats, will paint the Republicans as only interested in obstructing.
So, the Democrats' attack plan is to tell voters that the GOP will repeal the budget-busting, tax-hiking, Medicare-cutting, abortion-funding, big insurance and big pharma giveaway that only has the support of 35% of voters. Brilliant!
Conservatives have been saying that if Obamacare passes Republicans should run on the platform of repealing this monstrosity. The Democrats really think it's a smart attack plan to send the same message?
Does this count as an in-kind contribution to Republican candidates?
Oh NOES Brer Rabbit! Don't throw me in that patch!

The Chinese are planning,
lower taxes on small and medium-sized enterprises... The tax authority also plans to lower taxes on the service industry and high-tech companies... (Market Watch)
...because they want a strong economy and want to create wealth....unlike The United Socialist States of America where our Glorious Leader and His Minions are working tirelessly to destroy free enterprise and bring our economy to complete destruction.
Communist China is becoming more Capitalist, lecturing us on fiscal responsibility and owning our asses, while America swan dives into becoming a Totalitarian Marxist State.
Up is down, east is west, in is out, Hell is full and the dead walk the earth.
IT'S AMERICANS LIKE THIS THAT GIVE ME HOPE: MIKE McPADDEN
This guy is running for the 5th congressional district in VA.
I’m running for Congress because I just got tired of waiting for that candidate to step up who actually believes in our conservative Virginia values. I was tired of waiting for that candidate who understood that when he goes to Washington it is his job to defend our liberties, and not take them away. I just got tired of waiting for that candidate who understood that when he puts his hand on a Bible and swears to uphold and defend the Constitution, we the people expect him to do just that.
I finally found the candidate, and it’s me. Our campaign has a few core principles that we will never compromise on, and they are;
Our vision is liberty.
Our philosophy is the Declaration of Independence.
And our model for government is the Constitution.
We believe that it is our country’s and our generation’s destiny to be the Watchman on the walls of world liberty.1
This is why I am running, and this is what drives our campaign.
Check him out. AWESOME.
Sure am grateful for Big Hollywood continually shining the spotlight on the Hollywood propaganda machine.
No longer is any film "just a movie."
No. Movies have become the sugar to hide the poison they contain, so that people will eat and internalize it without their knowlege.
There are some upon this earth of ours,” returned the Spirit, “who lay claim to know us, and who do their deeds of passion, pride, ill-will, hatred, envy, bigotry, and selfishness in our name, who are as strange to us and all our kith and kin, as if they had never lived. Remember that, and charge their doings on themselves, not us.
Hear me scrooge. There are some upon this earth of yours who claim to know me and my brothers and do their deeds of ill will and selfishness in our name. These so called men of the cloth are as strange to me and my kin as if they never lived. Charge their doing to them, not us.
See? Its not general hypocrisy as Dickens intended. No. It's those damn Christians!
They gotta be rollin' on the floor laughing about feeding this message off to little kids on the day of Christ's birth.
Merry Christmas, from Disney. Walt's not rollin' on the floor. He's rollin' in his grave.
If you remember, after the Ft. Hood massacre, Gen. Casey said:
“Our diversity, not only in our Army, but in our country, is a strength. And as horrific as this tragedy was, if our diversity becomes a casualty, I think that’s worse,”
Much worse than all those who were murdered.
Maybe that mindset is why the military and government didn't see this, out today:
On Wednesday, Al-Jazeera's Arabic-language website published an interview with US-Yemeni cleric Anwar al-Aulaqi, who said he and Hasan communicated by email for over a year about the permissibility of killing US soldiers and Israeli civilians.
"The first message I received from Nidal was on 17 December 2008," Aulaqi told the interviewer, adding that Hasan initiated the email communication.
"He asked about killing American soldiers and officers and whether that was legitimate or not," Aulaqi said.
Links between the Muslim cleric and Hasan are already being investigated, but the interview reveals for the first time how long the two men knew each other and communicated, and also offers insight into how early Hasan was thinking about the possibility of attacking fellow servicemembers.
"The first message was on the rules about a Muslim soldier who serves in the American army and kills his fellow (soldiers)," Aulaqi said.
So it was a long, casual discussion of the finer points of murder for Allah.
The holy saint explains:
"The target that Nidal targeted was a military target inside the United States and not anything else," Aulaqi said. Could it be the "crimes and injustices" of embracing those who kill us as friends? I'm so confused...... but then, as you know, I'm a dumb redneck clinging to my guns and religion.

He was Black Nationalist Ron Karenga:
In 1971, Karenga, Louis Smith, and Luz Maria Tamayo were convicted of felony assault and false imprisonment for assaulting and torturing over a two day period two women from the US Organization, Deborah Jones and Gail Davis. An article in the Los Angeles Times described the testimony of one of the women: "Deborah Jones, who once was given the title of an African queen, said she and Gail Davis were whipped with an electrical cord and beaten with a karate baton after being ordered to remove their clothes. She testified that a hot soldering iron was placed in Miss Davis' mouth and placed against Miss Davis' face and that one of her own big toes was tightened in a vise. Karenga, head of US, also put detergent and running hoses in their mouths, she said" (wiki)
Of course, to the left, the means to an end, values, and common human decency are much less important than achieving a political goal, so I guess torture is no big deal.
Unless, you know, it's playing loud music at Islamofascist terrorists or sumthin. In that case, it's just plain wrong!

What's a Marxist Godhead to do?
From Gateway Pundit:
Barack Obama’s approval index number dropped to a new low today. You can wipe your ass here.
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 25% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-six percent (46%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -21 That’s the lowest Approval Index rating yet recorded for this President (see trends).
At the end of his second term President George W. Bush had a 43% disapproval rating.
In less than one year Barack Obama managed to pi$$ off more people than George W. Bush.We know. It must be Bush’s fault.
Nice work, Barack.
'BOUT THAT AMMO SHORTAGE...
Nice article on the reasons. Of course, the Obamunist regime is looking at making it worse... can't have ANY vestiges of that pesky Constitution left floatin around. People might think they're free or sumthin.....
From Human Events:
Obama supports the new California law that will require every semi-automatic pistol sold in that state to come equipped with a special firing mechanism that makes a distinctive mark – a “fingerprint” – on every bullet casing it fires. And currently, some Democrats in the House of Representatives want to take that law a step further and enact legislation that would force ammunition companies to place serial numbers on every shell casing they manufacture.
Let me just say that if you think ammunition is scarce and expensive now, wait till manufacturers have to put a serial number on every casing and maintain records containing the names, addresses, etc., of everyone who purchases such casings.
No wonder Pratt said: “None of this is about safety. Rather, it’s about finding ways to create an ammo and gun registry that will allow the government to finally figure out which son got daddy’s gun when daddy passed away.”
And while the government is doing its part to make ammunition harder to find, either directly, via episodes like the one between Georgia Arms and the DOD, or indirectly, by scaring citizens to death through anti-gun posturing that has caused a run on ammo sales, the market plays a role as well. With demand outpacing supply the market sustains higher prices for ammo under Obama than it was able to sustain for that same ammo during the presidency of a pro-gun politician like George W. Bush.
Add to this the fact that we’re now sending the majority of the lead from our recycled car batteries to China, instead of selling that lead to ammunition manufacturers who can cheaply reclaim it to make affordable bullets for their casings, and it’s no wonder consumers are scrambling to find ammunition and then paying a fortune for it when they do.
Did I fail to mention that millions upon millions of rounds of ammunition are currently being diverted to our troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere right now as well? While this is understandable, it further highlights the fact that we gun owners are in a tight spot, as far as getting ammunition for our guns is concerned.
With all these variables affecting the availability of ammunition, this would be a great time to join a group like Gun Owners of America. By so doing we would assure the politicians in D.C. that if they use their offices to further deny us bullets for our guns, we will use the voting booth to deny them the very offices they now hold.
PLEASE keep an eye on this one. I find it hard to believe but NRO isn't exactly some fringe kook website:
You just can't make up how brazen this crowd is. One week ago, President Obama quietly signed an executive order that makes an international police force immune from the restraints of American law.
What he just said was:
One week ago, President Obama quietly signed an executive order that makes an international police force immune from the restraints of American law.
...Interpol's property and assets are no longer subject to search and confiscation, and its archives are now considered inviolable. This international police force (whose U.S. headquarters is in the Justice Department in Washington) will be unrestrained by the U.S. Constitution and American law while it operates in the United States and affects both Americans and American interests outside the United States.
...Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?
Ever hear The One utter the phrase "citizen of the world"?
Der Messiah DID decree the following (link and link) so that we would all know what we were getting into:
"The Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth.... The tragedies of the civil rights movement was — because the civil rights movement became so court focused, I think there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalition of powers through which you bring about redistributive change."
"...we are going to fundamentally transform America."
“And uh, to that extent, as radical as I think people tried to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn’t that radical.
It didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution —
at least as it’s been interpreted, and [the] Warren Court interpreted it in the same way, that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties: [it] says what the states can’t do to you, says what the federal government can’t do to you, but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf."
Redistribution of wealth (Marx's words) was the goal. The Constitution is the problem.
Looks like problem solved and goal on track. In less than a decade we may well all be equally poor and powerless sheeple in the service of those who are "more equal than others."
What the HELL was there ever to mis-understand about this piece of human garbage?
"Goddamn America" was not just something he heard in church on Sundays. It was he and his comrades most burning desire.
And we handed it to him.
WHY THE RUSH, WHY THE SACRIFICE, WHY THE DESPERATION?
Because it's NOT about healthcare. Never was.
I hated reading this, but ya gotta face the truth no matter how ugly- Mark Steyn:
...Barney Frank and the more ambitious Dems are thinking long-term. And, if it's a choice between getting government health care or keeping Ben Nelson, it's no contest. Not to keep quoting myself ad nauseam, but as I said to Hugh Hewitt a couple of months back:Its dark, true, but it IS always darkest before dawn and people ARE waking up in greater and greater numbers. I still cannot believe that the majority will ever put up with being slaves of The State.
I think the administration is willing to take the hit. In other words, to get health care, they would be willing to reduce their majority, and perhaps even lose their majority in the House and the Senate, because they know it’s a game changer. Now to sell that to individual Senators and Congressmen, you’ve got to have something up your sleeve for them... There are strange elements in play here. But they’ve factored into the whole business a potential, I think, a potential significant loss in the year 2010, in next year’s elections.
I've been saying for a year now, in NR and NRO, that the object for savvy Dems is to get this thing passed in whatever form because, once you do, there's no going back. Kim Strassel in yesterday's Journal gets it:
So why the stubborn insistence on passing health reform? Think big. The liberal wing of the party — the Barney Franks, the David Obeys — are focused beyond November 2010, to the long-term political prize. They want a health-care program that inevitably leads to a value-added tax and a permanent welfare state. Big government then becomes fact, and another Ronald Reagan becomes impossible. See Continental Europe.
Just so. And that's worth whatever hit they have to take in 2010. Every time I make the point, someone says, oh, Jim Webb this or Byron Dorgan that, or have you see Harry Reid's numbers in Nevada? Oh, please. We've just seen what happens when you make Ben Nelson your Maginot Line. The Dems are thinking strategically; the Republicans are all tactics.
I was looking forward to the excellent Charles Winecoff to come out with a piece on the "fistgate" scandle (or non-scandle if you get your info from other than Fox or the internet), and he has not let me down.
The whole thing, per usual is well worth reading, but here's part:
....As if the “Fistgate” scandal wasn’t bad enough - and doesn’t keep getting worse – a cesspool tsunami of evidence recently hit shore regarding Jennings’s Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) and its approved reading list of sexually explicit material – aimed at adolescents - including a guide to gay bars that was distributed at a 2005 GLSEN conference.
And they wonder why drinking and drugs are so prevalent in the gay community. I hate to give up on a gay brother, but enough already. Jennings is either totally incompetent at keeping schools safe - or, hat tip to Bill Clinton, it all depends what the meaning of “safe” is.
Meanwhile, Media Matters for America has dived headfirst into the sewer to do some quick and dirty damage control, defending every unsavory turd that’s floated to the surface – by smearing the whistle blowers (including BigGovernment.com) as “haters.” The oldest trick in the “progressive” playbook.
So what exactly is Media Matters?
Well, Mediamatters.org describes itself as ”a Web-based, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) progressive research and information center dedicated to comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative misinformation in the U.S. media.” Translation: a Democratically-funded propaganda machine that spews out innuendo to challenge common sense – such as its 2007 report disputing America’s conservative core and asserting that the vast majority of US citizens are actually “progressive across a wide range of controversial issues.”
While I commend MMA for giving the American people more credit for open-mindedness than they usually get, what MMA views as “progressive,” and what most average citizens (myself included) view as “progressive,” are very different things.
For example, one of MMA’s senior fellows is Eric Boehlert, a passionate supporter of Sami Al-Arian, the University of South Florida professor who, after 9/11, was discovered to be the North American leader of a little organization called Palestinian Islamic Jihad. (That’s not a gay group.) Boehlert claimed that Al-Arian was merely a victim of America’s omnipotent, rightwing media complex – CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC – you know, the telegenic fronts for the Aryan Nations and Focus On the Family. (The KKK I could believe as that was a direct outgrowth of the Democrat Party – but I digress….)
n traditional Stalinist fashion, MMA has systematically denounced, even ridiculed, anyone who objects to the inappropriate sex seminars sponsored by GLSEN – like Brian Camenker, the outspoken leader of MassResistance, the pro-family group based in Massachusetts (where “Fistgate” occurred). Camenker has compared his struggle with the “progressive” agenda in schools to the battle against the Nazis in WW2. His rhetoric may be overstated, but as MMA ”research” tries to paint Camenker as some kind of nut, the actual GLSEN reading list proves he is justified.
In 2007, Camenker complained that, ”A federal judge ruled that schools can show picture books to elementary school children about homosexual romance.” If only the GLSEN-approved books stopped there. Instead, these clunky tracts neglect love in favor of (far less universal) sexual practices that have nothing to do with the birds and the bees – and everything to do with (what is very often) compulsive adult behavior better suited to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders than to a seventh grade reader.
Kids are learning about the benefits of spitting versus swallowing when they should be reading Moby Dick.
The kinky, risky fetishes spilling out of these texts have been well-documented elsewhere. But what’s equally disturbing is the deadening, inhuman language of race/gender politics that is being foisted on unsullied, impressionable minds. Teenagers should be exposed to the colors, ideas, moral quandaries, literary innovations, and expansive worldviews of great authors - gay and straight, black and white, male and female - not the narrow, detached, theoretical manipulations of bitter Marxist hacks.
Case in point: GLSEN-recommended Revolutionary Voices: A Multicultural Queer Youth Anthology, edited by Amy Sonnie, a book that was banned by the Texas Youth Commission in 2002. The Cindy Sheehan of bookworms, Sonnie capitalized on her excommunication from Bush country with a blog called The Banned Librarian, on which she promotes (among other unoriginal causes) the “global intifada” against environmental and racial injustice, the whittling away of the Patriot Act – and the latest smears against Lou Dobbs (all supported, incidentally, with links to Media Matters “research”).
Revolutionary Voices is described on glsen.org as, “The first creative resource by and for queer and questioning youth of every color, class, religion, gender and ability… a collection of experiences, ideas, dreams, and fantasies expressed through prose, poetry, artwork, letters, diaries and performance pieces.” Translation: anything goes – no standards required (they might hurt someone’s feelings).
On page 205, a lesbian contributor offers this lesson in cultural Marxist tolerance, otherwise known as victimhood:
In many ways I have privilege: I am white, middle-class, and attending college. These factors grant me certain societally bestowed benefits. In other ways, I am systemically oppressed: as a woman, as a youth, as a person with cerebral palsy, as a bisexual queer. With these attributes, I fail to meet the optimal requirements for functioning in this white-supremacist, capitalist heteropatriarchy… If you are not part of the system in the optimal way (i.e., as a straight, white, middle-class or upwardly mobile, Christian male), you pose a threat to that dominant system.
Excuse me? As a white gay man, even I know that male caucasians are no longer anywhere near top of the totem pole in guilt-ridden, Euro-phobic America. Consequently, I thank God everyday for my homosexuality - the one weapon I have to survive in the PC jungle. Be that as it may, what possible good could it do a teenager to read this kind of hateful, narrow-minded, postmodern evangelism?
More importantly, where is the art? Where are the profound, humanistic thoughts that would – and should – qualify this as literature fit for school kids? By that standard alone, Revolutionary Voices has no place in any classroom. This is dead-end agitprop that won’t spark imagination or expand horizons – on the contrary, it’s designed to induce myopia, stir paranoia, and stunt the natural blooming of a child’s spirit.
But keeping people down – and in the dark – is the radical MO. It makes mass control much easier.
Not surprisingly, Kevin Jennings’s own Mama’s Boy, Preacher’s Son: A Memoir of Growing Up, Coming Out, and Changing America’s Schools is also on the GLSEN reading list. “Creating safe schools for all youth is now a central part of the progressive agenda in American education—and Kevin Jennings is at the forefront of that fight,” declares Beacon Press.
Which raises the question: what has “progressive” come to mean? Pigeon-holeing people before they’re even out of the gate, so that they never have a chance to feel part of the larger fabric of society? Indoctrinating babies to distrust the very country of their birth? That’s not progressive – it’s regressive.
Whether Jennings actually fired “Fistgate” instructor Margot Abels, whether or not he was aware of the graphic and inappropriate content of her seminar – or of the GLSEN-sanctioned smut – is almost irrelevant at this point (but not quite). No matter what the excuses are, or how many there are, something is rotten in GLSEN’s politically-correct agenda. “Tolerance” pushers have taken the intimacy out of sex and love, and turned the hardened, clinical dregs into a grim manifesto.
Schools do not need to be “queered.” Gay kids are still kids (who deserve the same respect and protection as their peers).
I live for the day when the media calls in Charles to comment on "gay controversies" instead of popper-sniffin Marxist babies that are invested in victimhood and self-indulgence without limits.

Greg Gutfeld hits the nail on the head. Everyone laughed at the "Jersey Shore" people on Leno. Boy, them kids sure are dumb!
But compared to some others, their freakin' Einsteins:
First off, when did these kids ever pass themselves off as smart? Did they ever say they were members of Mensa? Of course not: the only pompous jerks who tell you they're in Mensa - are in Mensa.
Also, it's not like these kids ever showed up in front of the cameras, clutching their diplomas from Cornell's agricultural college - like some MSNBC hosts are known to do. No, they're only proud of their abs. So what. None of that stuff affects you. The fact that they're honest about their shallowness already puts them on an intellectual level higher than Sean Penn and Gynneth Paltrow, combined.
Look, I watch the show, and I admit the dudes are knuckleheads, and the women are mindless lushes. The random violence is gross. It's disgusting.
But we know it's disgusting.
In my mind, far more dangerous is the crap that's just as disgusting, but passes itself off as enlightening. I'm not just referring to The View or the Huffington Post - but also the Climate Change conference and any CNN special on race. Why obsess over some punks slathered in hair gel and fake tan - when you've got Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid with their hands on the wheel?
Build-a-Bear has put out what they are calling an "uplifting Christmas message" from Santa, for little kids about how the world is ending unless we all embrace the global warming hoax and redistribute wealth through a one world marxist government.
SLEEZY DESIGNER JUST PERFECT FOR DOING THE WHITEHOUSE CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!
Because nothing is holy except the Gospel of the One True Risen Obamessiah. C'mon! Get with the change!
Christ?- he's just some guy that inspires the stupid rednecks of this country to run around with guns and hate black people...or sumthin'
He can't hold a candle to MAO!
Oh, and a transvestite and The One's face on Mt. Rushmore.
Second, of course, to the gift given by God in the birth of The Little Baby Jesus!
Gratuitous re-post of The Daily Gut:
The climate change conference is long gone, but with Christmas just around the corner, I figured there had to be a connection. Also, I’m writing this after a holiday party, so I’m drunk.
As President Obama says, let’s be clear: that comical Copenhagen conference wasn’t about science, it was about wealth transfer. The gist: because of America’s “hyper-industrialization,” we need to pay off poor countries for all the harm we’ve caused in the world. That’s the real green in the green movement: It’s cash, not grass.
What’s this have to do with Christmas? Well, I think the world has forgotten that the biggest gift to this planet is America’s industry – and it’s time to remind them where they would be without it.
1. Whenever a horrible disaster hits, they would be dead. Be it an earthquake, a tsunami or a Madonna tour – we’re usually the first and biggest responders – saving the injured, and helping to rebuild. It is because of our tremendous capability to mobilize quickly that makes us a nation of superheroes. It also takes planes, trucks and tractors to do that stuff. Imagine that carbon footprint.
2. If they ever get sick, they would be dead. It’s true. While critical cretins like Chavez and Mugabe actually harm their own people, we save millions of strangers’ lives. Even that bozo called Bono admits it was George Bush who helped prevent the death of millions of Africans from AIDS. Yeah – I know what our critics will say: it’s easy for America to do this stuff. Well, it’s even easier not to do it.
3. If their family is hungry, they would be dead. Let’s not forget Norman Borlaug, who invented disease resistant wheat, saving hundreds of millions of lives in India and Pakistan. You can only do that if you’re of an industrial mind – thinking about people, not polar bears.
4. If they’re under the thumb of fascism, they would be dead. We possess the greatest military technology in the world, and we’ve used it to end horrible wars. Our industry of annihilation gave new life to many countries.
In sum, the very people complaining about America would not be alive, if it weren’t for America. Which is why, I say to them: Merry Christmas.
It sure beats a pair of socks.
Besides the fact that they were often filled with optimism, positive messages and genuine entertainment free from the tiresome modern obsession to make film "real," in sticking to these movies I'm not supporting the increasing tendency of Hollywood to be nothing more than another arm of Marxist propaganda for Obama's Glorious Revolution.
Big Hollywood is on this, as for instance this bit of horrifically sick and deluded de-humanization of anyone stupid enough to revere the Constitution by the award-winning director of "Nine":
“The Vampires are the aristocracy of the undead, who can, at least, talk. The Vampires are the fear mongers, the talk show hosts, the politicians who can’t find a way to give health insurance to children, much less adults; the bankers, Ponzi schemers, drug company lobbyists, the theologians of prosperity. We can’t understand them without first considering why they’re in a symbolic war against the Lycanthropes.” ...
Palinism is vampirism, as she leads her army of Zombies, who refuse to concede that carbon dioxide levels are man-made because they want the world to heat up, because they are cold and dead and want to burn or drown everyone else, because death is jealous of life.
Keep in mind, this guy is an honored, 'intellectual" big shot. He's serious. He's one of the many, many people in Hollywood, slipping their politics into the minds of audiences as slick and soft as that popcorn butter they're sucking down, under the guise of entertainment.
Palinistic Vampirism controls the Zombies, and uses them as proxies to call for the massacre that the Vampires are too clever to ask for themselves. But they do want blood. There is no vegetarian vampire, and vampires are always and only liars. Werewolves, like any dog who steals from the table, may be liars, but unlike the Vampires, they don’t want power. The Vampires can’t be reasoned with.
Another example? Avatar. From Doctor Zero:
Avatar is the CGI-enhanced, $400 million version of the dark dreams peddled by Monbiot and Toynbee. It’s a suicide fantasy, the Hollywood blockbuster equivalent of a troubled teenager’s notebook sketches, scribbled by someone who hates himself only marginally less than he hates the rest of the world....
What happens to this wish-fulfillment watercolor of eco-paradise? Why, greedy idiots with guns and bulldozers show up to mow it down, of course. Humans suck, man. They deserve to die… and die they do, in a hail of arrows, fangs, teeth, and lots of screaming plummets from great heights. All those military toys beloved by the right-wing warmongers of the military-industrial complex prove to be useless against the righteous fury of an aroused Gaia and her chosen champion, a redeemed soldier who has seen the error of his ways. Take that, Marine killbot slaves of Big Business....
Avatar was written by a man who thinks those who disagree with his environmentalist obsessions are so blind that, in the future they will create, the last decent man in the universe will lead a far more noble alien race to victory over us, and literally renounce his humanity as part of his reward. James Cameron invites you to join him in the most beautifully rendered adolescent daydream of suicide ever created, and share his sense of righteous superiority over those who refuse to applaud at the end.
If you don't hate yourself and hate the rest of humanity, yer really, really stupid.
I hope you've learned your lesson. (but don't call them Satanic)
Granny Botox, among hosts of other denizens of the lower realms serving....I mean ruling....in the house and senate have been outraged...OUTRAGED at suggestions that there will be death panels deciding who can have what care and so who may live and who may die. You know, depending on how much they're worth as human beings. Old people? Not so much.
With all this outrage its strange that it has now been discovered that not only are the death panels IN, but Harry "Beelzebub" Reid inserted language in the bill to make it nearly impossible to EVER repeal this part of the Governments ownership of our bodies. Sarah Palin has the scoop:
The Senate ended debate on this bill without even reading it. That and midnight weekend votes seem to be standard operating procedures in D.C. No one is certain of what’s in the bill, but Senator Jim DeMint spotted one shocking revelation regarding the section in the bill describing the Independent Medicare Advisory Board (now called the Independent Payment Advisory Board), which is a panel of bureaucrats charged with cutting health care costs on the backs of patients – also known as rationing. Apparently Reid and friends have changed the rules of the Senate so that the section of the bill dealing with this board can’t be repealed or amended without a 2/3 supermajority vote. Senator DeMint said:
“This is a rule change. It’s a pretty big deal. We will be passing a new law and at the same time creating a senate rule that makes it out of order to amend or even repeal the law. I’m not even sure that it’s constitutional, but if it is, it most certainly is a senate rule. I don’t see why the majority party wouldn’t put this in every bill. If you like your law, you most certainly would want it to have force for future senates. I mean, we want to bind future congresses. This goes to the fundamental purpose of senate rules: to prevent a tyrannical majority from trampling the rights of the minority or of future congresses.”
In other words, Democrats are protecting this rationing “death panel” from future change with a procedural hurdle. You have to ask why they’re so concerned about protecting this particular provision. Could it be because bureaucratic rationing is one important way Democrats want to “bend the cost curve” and keep health care spending down?
Making permanent what they say is not there.
Sorta like The One spending like a drunken sailor on crack while he firmly and with a straight face goes on about how it's just unconscionable for us to spend what we don't have.
All I can think is that the morass of lies that these people have lived their lives by has gotten so thick that they no longer have the slightest tether to reality.
Either that, or their contempt for the American Public and belief in their stupidity has become so absolute that they no longer try to temper their dishonesty to avoid detection.
They have children indoctrinated in schools, the media, the government, the colleges and a scared public that wanted a hero to solve all their problems for them like some kind of Messiah.
They feel they can do anything and have nothing to fear from us dumb hicks.

I'm constantly seeing them push a Marxist/leftist agenda, but still watch for the interesting bits between the ideology. But now they've gone over the top:
You can see the possibility that small acts multiplied by the millions can merge into great movements of social change. — So speaketh Howard Zinn in summing up the theme of last night’s two hour History Channel telecast of “The People Speak.” But like all Leftists, Zinn’s using a t-shirt ready face, focus group-tested platitudes, and cherry-picked bits of American history to further a monstrous ideology that will ensure all but a few Matt Damon-esque elites lose their liberties to Big Government overseers.
It purports to be all about The Constitution and a love letter to America. It's purpose is to destroy America and push the Marxism admittedly embraced by Howard Zinn on school children through their vast outreach efforts associated with the film in the state education system.
No ratings tick from me. I'm done.
Same goes for "Law and Order."
HATEFUL LITTLE KID SMACKED DOWN AT SCHOOL FOR DRAWING THIS HATEFUL, VIOLENT PICTURE
Yes. Hell has come to earth. Check this out:
Now if he would have drawn a picture of a mass-murderer Chairman Mao or Che Guevara, that would have been another story.
An eight year old elementary school student in Taunton was sent home from school and required to undergo a psychological evaluation after drawing a stick figure picture of Jesus on the cross.
The second grader at Maxham Elementary school was told by this teacher that the drawing was violent. This was after the class was asked to sketch something that reminded them of Christmas. …
The father tells the “Taunton Gazette” because his son put Xs on the eyes of Jesus, the teacher thought it was violent.
Despite the fact that dissenting scientists were denied funding and inclusion in peer-reviewed journals where those that falsified and hid data to support their pre-conceived conclusions of the global warming hoax, there are still at least 500 dissenting papers in "peer-reviewed" publications.
If this sways your opinion though, you are no different than a holocaust-denier and hate the earth and all of her children!
MENTAL ILLNESS DETECTION TEST
It can save you a lot of time and aggravation when you are able to detect the severely mentally imbalanced before wasting your time with them.
It's one reason that I have a twice life size portrait of Sarah Palin in my living room. It's like a nut-bag detector that sets them off all a- beepin' and a- twitchin' at the very sight of her. Then I can calmly walk them to the door.
Morgan Freeberg at Right Wing News has noticed a few things about these poor, suffering people. Among them:
1. They've achieved a great deal less in life than she has, even though some are quite a bit older than she is.
2. They don't want to be called "haters," although their reaction to her is purely negative and purely emotional; I'm left groping for another word and "bashers," far from being a perfect fit, ends up being the least-unsuitable.
4. Whatever they have to say about Palin's lack of competence or intellectual acumen, is felt, not thought. It invariably relies, not on observations, but on perceptions of what others are going to do. Nobody truly owns this.
6. They breathe hard and their pulse quickens. I haven't run into too many people who are ready to calmly explain Sarah Palin's lack of qualifications.
11. They seem to have an awful lot of ego invested in these discussions, like if they cannot convince ALL reading or listening that Palin is a dimbulb, right here & right now, that this failing will somehow diminish them as a person.
12. They aren't at all willing to say women should be staying home raising their kids; but they're perfectly willing to say Palin should be staying home raising her kids.
13. They are loud, eager to get their opinion on the record, to the point of being obnoxious. Nobody seems to be sitting in a corner anywhere quietly thinking to himself "Wow I wish Palin would go away she's so unqualified."
15. The standard they apply to Sarah Palin is not just higher than the standard they apply to others; it is surreal. Speculation on false pregnancies, burning books, forcing rape victims to pay for their own examinations, months and years after being thoroughly debunked, is somehow considered residually damning against her.
22. They're ready, willing and able to quickly concede that the attacks on Palin have been "unfair"; but their opinions about Palin appear to have been decided entirely by these unfair attacks. How's this work exactly?
WE ARE GOING TO BIND AND GAG YOU, BREAKING BOTH YOUR KNEE-CAPS BUT...
...we want to you to fight and win a war.
First I head of our troops being forced to give the Miranda rights of US citizens to terrorists on the battlefield: "you have the right to remain silent, you have the right to an attorney..." No, I'm not kidding.
In addition, our men and women are completely hamstrung by rules of engagement put in place by those that cannot live with the fact that war is...uh....you know, WAR, and therefore not neat, tidy and pretty.
It's just SO offensive to those of delicate sensibilities sitting in their professorial chairs, sipping fine chablis. They see our soldiers as sometimes necessary moronic cave-men that need to be refined (ie. ball-snipped), if not totally eliminated.
So go fight, but you can't fight. Stand there and die. Garsh, I wonder why so many more are being killed? They're not just being killed by the Taliban. They are being killed by the left.
Moonbattery has the whole ugly story. Among some of the rules of engagement:
• No night or surprise searches.
• Villagers are to be warned prior to searches.
• Afghan National Army, or ANA, or Afghan National Police, or ANP, must accompany U.S. units on searches.
• U.S. soldiers may not fire at insurgents unless they are preparing to fire first.
• U.S. forces cannot engage insurgents if civilians are present.
• Only women can search women.
• Troops can fire on insurgents if they catch them placing an IED but not if insurgents walk away from where the explosives are.
Predictably, the Taliban, not being as stupid as our highly-evolved leftist elite, are using our idiocy to kill more of us.
Just as they are using our legal system and multi-cultural pc enforcement against us.
But don't say that the left don't support the troops! Hatemonger.

The expanding Climate-gate has revealed that disenting voices were denied publication in peer-reviewed journals, were denied funding and that research was hidden, deleted and suppressed that did not fit the left's narrative.
You would think that in the face of all of this, they would stop with the shenanigans. But no.
This is what happened at the UN Climate conference:
Dr. Stephen Schneider was speaking at the Bella Centre Thursday when Irish journalist Phelim McAleer began asking about ClimateGate.
McAleer is known for his documentary "Not Evil, Just Wrong," which challenged the content of Al Gore's "An Inconvenient Truth," as well as for confronting the former Vice President during a lecture in October only to have his microphone turned off.According to a video just posted at Big Government, UN security officials stepped in when McAleer tried to ask the Professor inconvenient questions
Why do they keep going with a now discredited narrative after being exposed as phony shills? I think a couple reasons. If you ever watch Cops you'll see that perps continue to claim innocence even in the face of, sayy video evidence. Another is that these scam artists feel that they can rely on the compliant media to ignore the story. But most importantly, its because global warming is the holy grail of the left. Teh Resistance:
One of the tricks of the con-artist is to tell the mark exactly what the mark wants to hear. Isn’t it a remarkable coincidence that the villains in the Global Warming Scam — western capitalism, oil companies, “polluters” — are the same people the left has hated since Al Gore was just another chubby rich kid growing up in the Fairfax Hotel. Isn’t it just as remarkable that the “solution” to Global Warming involves giving the left’s heroes — environmentalists — absolute control over the people they hate?
The Global Warming con artists exploit leftist vanity by giving them the most important mission of all — saving the world. They exploit the naivete of the leftist mark by telling them that climate change has never happened before and it’s all because of CO2. They exploit compassion by including a massive transfer of wealth from the advanced world to the third world in their “solution.” They exploit the credulity of the leftist mark by telling them climate is too complex to understand, and they have to trust the scientists.
It is not now, nor has it EVER been about the environment.
Been hearing more and more about this in non-gov't media sources.
AccuWeather's chief hurricane forecaster, Joe Bastardi warns it is a bigger threat than global warming. He says the phenomenon is coming, based on three priniciple reasons - 1) Natural reversal of ocean cycles, 2) Low sun spot activity and 3) An increase in volcanic and seismic activity. Bastardi made this case on the Fox Business Network's Dec. 11 "Imus in the Morning" program.
"I have something behind me here called the ‘Triple Crown of Cooling,'" Bastardi said. "I'm just as worried that in the next 30 years that we are going back into a period back in the early 1800s which was a mini-Ice Age. We have the natural reversal of the ocean cycles going on. We have very low sun spot activity, increased volcanic activity. I have to tell you something, after this winter in the eastern and southern part of the United States and in Europe - this winter here - a lot of people aren't going to want to hear about global warming because there's already signs that things are turning around."
How can anyone not like her?
Dr.Clouthier thinks this marks a turning point for her. Quoting William Jacobson:
Obama used his appearance on Oprah, and other entertainment media love, to establish his popularity. Which is why it damages Obama’s image so badly when SNL mocks Obama. At this point, Obama needs the media more than the media needs Obama.
Palin, by contrast, established her popularity independent of, and despite, the entertainment media. When it comes to Palin, the entertainment media is following not leading. We have reached the point where the mainstream entertainment media needs Palin more than Palin needs the media.
I agree. Sarah Palin’s success with humor, for me, was/is pivotal. She must transcend the media by engaging them humorously. And she did that in spades. This segment and the book tour and the Facebook page and the Op-Eds have succeeded to do one thing: Bring Sarah Palin back to neutral ground....
Washington, D.C. is a cess-pool populated by venomous snakes. Even within the Republican party, insiders want Palin to shut up. When she called out some of the consultants on the McCain campaign, she made enemies. She is feared and loathed within her own party. And yet, Palin already wields enough power that these people must give good face. For now.
The difficult road is ahead for Sarah Palin. It will take all the political skill she can muster to navigate these waters. She has enemies within and without. Better to not think about it and move forward, and continue to make brave decisions.
And that is just the thing that is so great about this woman- she's GOING to "move forward and make brave decisions," regardless of what anyone thinks and what anyone tells her. She knows what's right, she knows what she believes and she's not going to change that to "win" anything. She has what most in both parties in Washington lack: integrity. I think in the long run, that is what is going to get her the presidency. People want change? What could be more different than integrity?

....unless the left that wants to control her.
Killing babies? Fine. Having babies? You gotta be stopped, bitch!
The Totalitarian Chinese State has piped up on the Global Warmi....er....Climate Change (or whatever name the discredited clothing for total control is going by now) by calling for the whole world to force families to have no more than one child.
And an influential Canadian journalist has written a piece saying she couldn't agree more.
I saw Laura Ingrams interviewing her and she asked how would this be enforced? The woman said he was not for oppression. Asked again and again, she danced and danced around the issue.
Asked where her idea leaves the Catholic Church she said:
"The Catholic Church has a lot to answer for."
Yes, the left believes a woman has a right to make her own reproductive decisions, unless they are decisions that the left does not like.
Much as the left believes in the separation of church and state, unless the church gets in the way of the left's dreamed of total control. In that case, The State will tell the church what to do and what to believe.
This should not come as a surprise. After all, The One's (cough, cough) "science czar,'' John Holdren has called for forced sterilizations and "compulsory abortions" in the past.
This isn't the fringe. This is happening in the center.
And what have we learned from Nanny? "Bitches better learn their place!"
I remember that during all my years as a far-left Marxist community organizer, talking about how we would win the war with our nation. I reasoned that we could not be effectively fought because we were like an octopus fighting on several fronts at once: Through the arts, the schools, the media and through politics. We had so many fronts that the eeeevil right would not be able to focus enough on a target to hit us. Cut off one arm, and there are 7 more fighting.
Little did I know how true that would turn out to be.
Take the arts- the left as ramped up its practice of slipping propaganda into entertainment- taking advantage of the passive consumption inherent in watching a drama or movie.
Law and Order is increasingly a vehicle for this feeding of crap sandwiches to those passively eating:
Half asleep after a long day at work and those messages slip right in and become received knowledge.
This week's episode of "Law & Order: SVU" featured a character played by John Larroquette talking to a detective and saying,
"Limbaugh, Beck, O'Reilly, all of 'em, they are like a cancer spreading ignorance and hate...
They've convinced folks that immigrants are the problem, not corporations that fail to pay a living wage or a broken health care system..."
Even more insidious, are action-packed blockbuster movies aimed at kids like the new Avatar, being nothing more than an "America Hating PC Revenge Fantasy."
Even all-American icons are being remade, such as G.I. Joe:
As if the makers of “G.I. Joe” hadn’t mucked up their own publicity enough by immediately politicizing the film with an announcement that all the crass Americanism would be stripped from our favorite action heroes in favor of a more global approach, on Monday director Stephen Sommers decided to polarize audiences even more hectoring we RedStaters not to misinterpret the deep well of subtext put into his creation: ”[T]his is not a George Bush movie – it’s an Obama world[.]”
"Crass Americanism." Well thank God. We wouldn't want any child to believe that his own country has anything good about it. Kid's are taught better than that in school, as they are taught that Christianity is evil. Above all, they are shown that The State trumps their parents. Wanna rebel lil' Johnny? Forget what your Mom and Dad say, we'll teach you what the smart and hip people believe!
After destroying everything else, the only thing the educational system and media give kids to believe in is....surprise! The State.
Its the same stategy that was used by Hitler, Mao and Stalin and it's very, very effective in creating a nation of slaves.
From an excellent bit at , come these quotes from influential education "experts":
Or to quote Lenin:
“…a student attains ‘higher order thinking’ when he no longer believes in right or wrong“. “A large part of what we call good teaching is a teacher´s ability to obtain affective objectives by challenging the student’s fixed beliefs. …a large part of what we call teaching is that the teacher should be able to use education to reorganize a child’s thoughts, attitudes, and feelings.” - Benjamin Bloom, psychologist and educational theorist, in “Major Categories in the Taxonomy of Educational Objectives”, p. 185, 1956
“This is the idea where we drop subject matter and we drop Carnegie Unites (grading from A-F) and we just let students find their way, keeping them in school until they manifest the politically correct attitudes. You see, one of the effects of self-esteem (Values Clarification) programs is that you are no longer obliged to tell the truth if you don’t feel like it. You don’t have to tell the truth because if the truth you have to tell is about your own failure then your self-esteem will go down and that is unthinkable.”- Dr. William Coulson, explaining Outcome Based Education (OBE)-1964
“Every child in America entering school at the age of five is insane because he comes to school with certain allegiances to our founding fathers, toward our elected officials, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being, and toward the sovereignty of this nation as a separate entity. It’s up to you as teachers to make all these sick children well – by creating the international child of the future”- Dr. Chester M. Pierce, address to the Childhood International Education Seminar, 1973
"Give me four years to teach the children and
the seed I have sown will never be uprooted."
The mass-murdering dictator's descendants have planted the seed, it has grown and now we have kids singing praises to their Glorious Leader as part of their "education," while The History Channel and Howard Zinn are preparing a gloves-off Marxist curriculum for K-12 children across the nation.
