TWO MURDERS, TWO ATTITUDES.

Michele Malkin
has the Community-Organizer-in-Cheif's statements concerning the murder of the abortionist by a loony, hypocritical zealot and the murder of two soldiers by a domestic Islamic terrorist (trained in a Columbus Ohio mosque, btw, along with two other convicted terrorists):

First his statement on the soldier's murder:
“I am deeply saddened by this senseless act of violence against two brave young soldiers who were doing their part to strengthen our armed forces and keep our country safe. I would like to wish Quinton Ezeagwula a speedy recovery, and to offer my condolences and prayers to William Long’s family as they mourn the loss of their son.”
Now his statement on the abortionist's murder:
I am shocked and outraged by the murder of Dr. George Tiller as he attended church services this morning. However profound our differences as Americans over difficult issues such as abortion, they cannot be resolved by heinous acts of violence.
Kinda different, huh?

Of course The One and his minions see the military as nothing but a bunch of dumb-ass potential terrorists, so its not that big of a deal when they get off-ed. Probably deserved it anyhow. Mitchell Blatt has this to say:

We know that Markos Moulitsas, owner of the Kos, wants those fighting in Iraq and reporting in Iraq to die because he has expressed that opinion himself, and the other liberals have been encouraging the deaths of military recruiters and soldiers just by being against the war and against recruiting.

On the other hand, the abortionist never killed anyone, unlike soldiers. He just removed some tissue (even if it was late term and partially born...uh...tissue). So he was a blameless champion. A martyr.

Michelle Malkin also points out that the soldiers murder was far from "senseless." The reason was jihad. Most terrorists are educated and know exactly why they do what they do. But we aren't allowed to admit that reality as it puts blame somewhere other than on our own country.

And as depicted in the famous photo of Obama's good buddy William Ayers standing on the flag, our country sucks. At least, it sucks until it can be destroyed and remade into the image of The One.
