IMPORTANT U.N. RESOLUTION: "WE ARE IMPOTENT CLOWNS"

How could they not be embarrassed by what they say:

The U.S. military is planning to intercept a flagged North Korean ship suspected of proliferating weapons material in violation of a U.N. Security Council resolution passed last Friday...

The apparent violation raises the question of how the United States and its allies will respond, particularly since the U.N. resolution does not have a lot of teeth to it.

The resolution would not allow the United States to board the ship forcibly. Rather, U.S. military would have to request permission to board -- a request North Korea is unlikely to grant. (Fox)

In other words, the resolution states, "you can't do that, but if you decide to do it anyway, we won't do anything about it."

Wouldn't it have saved time and precious resources if they cut to the chase and said, "Aw, do whatever the hell you want."?

Think of all the trees that died!
