IT'S ALL ABOUT CHOICE. UH HUH.

I had a conversation with a friend that is a conservative, but can't yet admit it. Boy, I understand the dilema! Friends leave, you leave friends, you are called every name in the book by the media and the government in power now, suddenly you're not cool anymore and your world is turned upside down. Little scary. I know.

After agreeing on so much, she told me that she is a firm proponent of "choice" and sex ed in schools.

I'm cool with nuts and bolts sex ed to prevent tragedy in young people's lives through lack of their parents taking responsibility to teach them. To a point. But boundaries are an anathema to the left. Always gotta take that education to the point where they're giving etiquette lessons for leather bars. Sex ed in schools goes FAR beyond nuts and bolts- kids are being taught in some schools about fisting. It's something that Der Messiah's "safe schools czar" supported. Cracker, PLEASE.


Then I told her that I was pro-life because, CONDOMS ARE PLENTIFUL so no one has to get pregnant if they don't want to (yes, yes, there is a minority that become so through rape or incest. That doesn't change the fact the for the over-whelming majority it's a form of birth control).

So lets look at a pro-choice expert dedicated to educating the young:

Aimee Thorne-Thomsen of the Pro-Choice Public Education Project mused on KOS,

"Do we dare admit that increasing the number of abortions might be not only good for women's health, but also moral and just?"

You know, because having a kid may interfere with your "self actualization" and stifle the carefree life that you want. To be denied that is bad for a woman's health.

M'kay. Use a condom, and be enough of a strong, powerful woman to tell a man when he says, "it just doesn't feel quite as good wearing one," during your 15 minute tryst, to go to hell if he won't do that. YOU are going to deal with the consequences much more than he ever will.

But of course, if you don't give him 100% pleasure instead of 98% before he dumps you for something better, you don't care about his needs and don't really love him.
