The Obama administration wants to cut almost in half a benefits program for the families of slain police and safety officers.

He cuts one half of one percent from the budget and THIS has to be part of it. Telling.

Oh, and speaking of "telling," not content to have his obedient slaves, the media, left with one shred of independent thought, he's now DICTATING what they should write:

...he told journalists directly that they should stress the fact that the cuts are "significant" – a surprisingly direct appeal to reporters concerning which angle they should take in their coverage.
