The economy continues its decline. The One recently said publicly that "we are out of money," yet he continues to spend like a drunken sailor. Now he's pushing cap and trade, to solve the non-existent global warming crisis that was invented to necessitate more control over the population in order to help us poor idiots. So how will this cap and trade effect the economy?
