You know, the document that The One has declared to be "fundamentally flawed," and how justices need to "break free from its essential constraints."

First, ya gotta love this classic liberal M.O. - She says that courts, contrary to the Constitution, are where policy is made (vid below). They aren't there to blindly enforce the law, they are there to make the law. Then she cackles about how she's "not supposed to say that" wink wink nudge nudge. Lying about her intentions is second nature with her, as it is with the Obamunist, as it is with most liberals. It's the success of the glorious revolution that matters, not the means. The ignorant public must be played so that they can be helped. Stupid public.
And guns? She argues that they have never been allowed to anyone outside of the military. The right to bear arms doesn't even exist, according to Ms. Sotomayor.
And finally, she is a unrepentant racist:
“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,”
Try reversing that statement and think about the holy hell that would rightfully be unleashed!
I like this statement from John Romano:
(the) Democrats’ attempts to silence all debate by loosely throwing around racism charges was a key ingredient in getting Obama elected. With Obama, we never even got to see his school records (obviously there is something to hide or they would have been released); even asking to see his grades somehow became racist. Let’s not make the same mistake again with Sotomayor.
