KEEPING THE STUPID MILITARY IN LINE

To anyone that's even taken a cursory look outside of the MSM, it is more than obvious what the left thinks of the military. They are stupid, violent loosers that need controlled by their more spiritually enlightened betters. Now this (from Pajamas Media):

Rosa Brooks, the radical left-wing Los Angeles Times columnist (has been appointed) as an advisor to Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Michelle Fluornoy...

Why was she picked over so many other equally or more qualified people? Because she's suffering from the same sort of mental illness as the president:

In her piece titled “Straightjacket Bush,” Brooks says that the president and vice president should “be treated like psychotics who need treatment.”

Look in the mirror, princess. Never have I seen a more clear-cut case of projection. Check her grasp of reality:

She opposed the surge, which she says “someday the history books will have harsh words” for.

She also believed that Al Quada wasn't a threat after 9-11, they had just got lucky and we didn't need to worry about them. Israel too, is just paranoid and oppressive:

The Israeli offensive in Gaza against Hamas also drew ire from Brooks. “The assault in Gaza has more to do with internal politics than its national security,” she writes, apparently thinking that having neighboring territory controlled by a terrorist group that openly states its desire to destroy Israel isn’t worthy of a military offensive.

...and then the good fairy showed up, sprinkled the world with pixie dust, everybody went to an orgy and lived happily ever after.

Look for soldiers to be issued flowers for their guns any day now.
