WHY ACORN'S LAWSUIT IS A GOOD, GOOD THING

Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler's
take on it:

Our prayers have been answered.

No, obviously not because we want to see those two fine young Americans wasting time in court, but because that has to be one of the most bone-headed moves AP0RN could have possibly come up with. Besides, we don’t think O’Keefe and Giles will have much trouble getting competent counsel for this one, if they put up a defense fund we predict that it will collect more money than the Obambi campaign (and that even without illegal donations from terrorist nations) nor do we think they are in any danger of losing the suit.

Now AP0RN has made absolutely sure that the issue stays in the news at a time when they really, really need it to go away and drop out of the news cycle, and discovery as well as the numerous counter-suits that are bound to follow will guarantee that Orville Redenbacher’s will be a company worth buying stock in.

This is going to be fun!

P.S.: The thing that strikes me, and this guy who knows much more about the law than I do, as particularly stupid is that AP0RN is appearing as co-plaintiff in a suit calling for damages for, among other things, the loss of employment of the two AP0RN employees as a result of O’Keefe and Giles’ video. Erm… Those two employees were fired by AP0RN, not by O’Keefe and Giles, and AP0RN justified it by saying that their employees’ statements and behavior was in violation of AP0RN policies.

Pretty stupid, huh?

This is exactly why groups like ACORN and narcissistic demagogues like Jugear's McMarxist will always eventually fail: when one is so divorced from reality as to believe the kind of fairy tales that they do, is completely blind to one's own contradictions and believes that truth exists only in one's head, you have one hulluva big achilles heel!

The truth is, that regardless of any insane beliefs, we all still live in the real world and the truth not only exists, it is the actual structure of the universe.

So what do you think will win out in the end?
