Thank GOD republicans acted like republicans and NONE of them voted for the spending bill! It passed, none the less, thanks to the hope and change we demanded. Here's a lil' nugget I was unaware of (from Breitbart)
The legislation, which would send tax credits of $500 per worker and $1,000 per couple, expressly disqualifies nonresident aliens, but it would allow people who don't have Social Security numbers to be eligible for the checks.
Get that? "Expressly disqualifies nonresident aliens," and yet those without SS numbers can get the cash. Mouth says one thing. Hand does another.
