HOW TO SCREW UP YOUR KIDS AND HELP DESTROY YOUR COUNTRY


Or "Life Strategies for Dealing with Bullies" by Jay McGraw. As part of my job, I peruse children's books. Imagine my horror to run across this.

A veteran of the Dr. Phil show (gotta clue right there), this man should be prosecuted for child endangerment.

The vast majority of the book is dedicated to defining "bully." When we finally get to "Taking on Bullies: What Kids Can Do," we are treated with shovels full of reeking, self-esteem psycho-babble. You "Focus your Energies," "Write Down What You Are Feeling," and "Say Good Things About Yourself." You got that? Do you know what yer feelings on gettin yer ass kicked are now?

Good! Now you're ready for "Strategies for Taking a Stand:
you can "Say Nothing." Of course, as Dr. Pindick points out, "this may anger a bully even more." Another strategy is to "Say Something," for example, "Stop it! I don't like when you shove me. That's rude." If I were a bully, if nothing else, that would make me wanna kick some ass! Please. You can also "Seek Help from Friends," to deal with the problem for you (that you won't deal with) and finally, the most amazing, insightful, enlightened strategy ever: "Walk (or Run) Away."

Yes. Just run away. Don't fight back. Ever.

Speaking as one who experienced bullying first-hand (yeah, I wasn't always the incredibly powerful stud that I am today! lol), I can tell you this stuff is pure-D horseshit. Way to prolong the ass-kickins there, Miss McGraw. Seriously, can someone please arrest this man?


Freaking brilliant. He takes pains to state that fighting back is never an option.

Oh no. What we need are more kids growing up being taught that to lay down in front of international bullies is the best way to deal with them. The power of their being so in touch with themselves and feeling good about being a wimpy little pussy will make Islamofascists lay down their bombs and wanna hold hands.

Hell, that's how America came about, right? George Washington: "hmmm...maybe if we think about and closely examine our feelings about the British treatin us like crap and then tell them that it hurts, they will be sad, give up and we'll become free. Whaddaya say, guys?"

What the left will never allow in their Happy Gumdrop Land is the fact that there are people in this world who don't give a damn for their nice words, their great ideas or their peaceful intent. There are, believe it or not, those who only know and only use the language of violence. Horrible, yes, and I know this will wooj yer happy mellow buzz, but unfortunately that is the world as it is, not as it seems in your bongs and yoga classes. Evil exists. Some embrace it.

Islamofascists have out and out stated that they are using the left's delusional thinking to further Jihad. They laugh at dumb-ass touchy-feely multi-cultural asshats while they use them to help hasten their own deaths. And here we have a guy doing all he can to make sure they and others like them will always be successful.

How does this make you feel? Write it down! Look in the mirror! Tell yourself, "I like myself!"

And then kill me. sheesh.
