CARING FOR THE HOMELESS

During the election, groups like ACORN were very, very concerned that the homeless were not "disenfranchised." They PAID them in cigs, free taxi rides and sometimes cash to go vote for their savior and champion, The Obamessiah. He cares about them. They matter.

That is, they matter until the election is over. Now they're being swept out of DC so as not to sully the glorious inauguration with their filthy presence.
