...AND SOME HATE IS MORE HATEFUL THAN OTHER HATE

Eric Holder, talking about new federal hate-crimes laws:

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says a homosexual activist who is attacked following a Christian minister's sermon about homosexuality would be protected by a proposed new federal law, but a minister attacked by a homosexual wouldn't be.

"This is the question," Limbaugh said. "[Sen.] Jeff Sessions [R-Ala.] presents a hypothetical where a minister gives a sermon, quotes the Bible about homosexuality and is thereafter attacked … by a gay activist because of what the minister said about his religious beliefs and what Scripture says about homosexuality. Is the minister protected?"

No, said Holder.

"Well, the statute would not – would not necessarily cover that. We're talking about crimes that have a historic basis. Groups who have been targeted for violence as a result of the color of their skin, their sexual orientation, that is what this statute tends – is designed to cover. We don't have the indication that the attack was motivated by a person's desire to strike at somebody who was in one of these protected groups. That would not be covered by the statute," Holder stated. (World Net)

So killing someone because you hate them for being white, or for being a Christian, that's not so bad. In fact, its not racist or bigoted at all. We all know people like that deserve it anyway. Stupid, white trash, bible thumpin' crackers! Just ask Janeane Garofalo. She knows and she's really smart n' stuff!

And lessee....where was all the hate coming from, and toward whom was it directed during Prop 8? Oh yeah. Gay activists attacking Christians.

How long will this kind of hate have to take place before it has a "historical" basis, and therefore is the bad kind of hate?

Just wonderin'.

(Oh, ok, ok. The Christians were hateful too. They were committing horrible acts of violence like politely disagreeing with changing the definition of marriage and voting likewise. Just think of the all the horrible pain that caused! It was just like a lynching or sumpin...! Those bastards!)
