HOW ANYONE COULD THINK THE INSANE SHOULD BE GIVEN POLITICAL POWER IS BEYOND ME

The LATimes ran a story a week or so ago saying that the Obama/Joker posters are obviously racist.

I know. Insane.

Now the same clown that wrote that has more to say in that failing rag:
I do believe the poster appeals to people who see in it a validation of their own racial prejudices, even if they can't acknowledge them. That my short post hit such a deep, raw nerve clearly shows that race was very much part of the illustration's attraction. Denials that the poster has any racial overtones join that endless parade of self-deluding apologies and clarifications presented by Republicans about the Birth of a Nation imagery they've been employing ever since Obama ran for president. Get that? If you don't feel that you are racist, its just because you are lying to yourself. EVERYONE on the right is racist, but some are just too stupid and non-self-aware to know that.

And it "hit a nerve" not because being called racist when your not pisses you off. No, its because you are....a RACIST.

This is the thinking...I mean feeeeeling, of those that we have elected to power.
No rational thought whatsoever, unless it's in the service of irrationality.
